Service level agreement

Response Times: When you request support for InOrbit, we commit to responding within 48 hours on business days from the time of your request. However, we aim to address your queries much sooner whenever possible.

Business Hours: Our support operating hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm AET (Australian Eastern Timezone). We observe closures on major holidays in New South Wales, Australia.

Support Channels: You can request support through the following channels:

  • Emailing our team:

Our support covers: (Support is available in English)

  • Assistance with installing and configuring InOrbit

  • Troubleshooting problems with InOrbit

  • Limited product training

Our support does not cover:

  • Phone support

  • Support for customers without a valid and active subscription

  • Assistance with apps other than InOrbit

  • Support in languages other than English

  • Support for customers on a free plan will be limited to a reasonable amount and frequency.
