To organize your tasks visually, you can use the Grouping option in the Display Options menu. Choose from the following grouping methods:
No Grouping: All tasks are displayed in a single list.
Assignee: Groups tasks based on the assigned team member.
Status: Groups tasks according to their current status (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Completed).
Project: Groups tasks by their associated project.
Health: Groups tasks based on their health status (e.g., On track, At Risk, Blocked and Off track).
To arrange your tasks in a specific order, use the Sorting option in the Display Options menu. Choose from the following sorting criteria:
Due Date: Sorts tasks by their due date.
Created Date: Sorts tasks by the date they were created.
Updated Date: Sorts tasks by the last time they were modified.
Completed Date: Sorts tasks by the date they were marked as completed.
Manually Sorted: Allows you to manually rearrange the order of tasks.
Title: Sorts tasks alphabetically by their title.
Assignee: Sorts tasks based on the assignee.
Project: Sorts tasks by their associated project.
To include completed tasks in your view, use the Show Completed Tasks option in the Display Options menu. Choose from the following options:
1 Hour: Shows completed tasks from the past hour.
24 Hours: Shows completed tasks from the past 24 hours.
7 Days: Shows completed tasks from the past 7 days.
30 Days: Shows completed tasks from the past 30 days.
Do Not Show: Hides completed tasks.
Show All: Shows all completed tasks, regardless of their completion date.
To customize the information displayed for each task, use the Meta Information option in the Display Options menu. Select the fields that are most important to your team:
Icon: Displays a small icon representing the task's status or type.
Priority: Shows the task's priority level.
Health: Indicates the task's health status (e.g., On track, Off track, At Risk, and Blocked).
Due On: Displays the task's due date.
Completed Date: Shows the date the task was marked as completed.
Status: Indicates the task's current status (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Completed).
Team: Displays the team assigned to the task.
Project: Shows the project the task belongs to.
Milestone: Indicates the milestone associated with the task.
Assignee: Displays the team member assigned to the task.
My Focus: Highlights tasks that you are currently focused on.
