Guest members

Guests are external collaborators invited by team members with project permissions to contribute to specific projects, with limited access compared to regular team members.

Leverage guest access to unlock enhanced collaboration with external partners like clients and vendors. This streamlines communication within project boundaries, while also granting team members increased visibility and control over project information.

Invite Guests to Collaborate:

There are several places from which you're able to invite guests. In each location the flow of adding a guest is the same.

  1. Enter your guest's email address.

  2. Enter your guest's name (optional)

  3. Permission levels are automatically set to guests

  4. Click "Send Invitation."

Guests will receive an email with instructions to join the project, if the guest has been invited from the context of a project, the guest will automatically be added as a guest member of that project.
